Sometimes a company knows where they want to be, but doesn’t know how to get there. You probably wonder about some or all of the following at any given time:

When we come to your location for an analysis we get to know each other pretty well. Through our investigation, we find out how your current technology is working for you and how it might be hindering your growth. We talk with you about goals and dreams rather than asking you what you want to buy. We get to know you and your staff and the workflows used in the business.

We look at the tasks you and your staff do in your work. We review not only what you do, but how you do it and we consider how technically adept your staff is. We talk with you about your budgets and about where you plan to be in 3 years or 5 years. We help you plan for the long term and we help you get the most from every technology dollar you spend. We help you plan for minimum intrusion from technology so you can focus on the work at hand, not on the tools you use to do the work.

And then we develop an analysis that puts to paper where you are now, where you want to be in the short term, where you want to be in the long term, and a plan for reaching those goals. When we finish your analysis, you are provided with a digital copy of an assessment that includes the analysis, the plan, and numbers for putting the plan into action.

And when we finish the technology remodel, you'll be presented with a digital runback that will document all parts of your new technology environment. Your technology information belongs to you, not to your consultant. You are entitled to know everything about the your computing environment including access passwords. If your consultant isn't passing along your company's computer information, you have reason for concern.

One size may fit all (but it usually doesn’t fit very well).
