Four years ago Core Computing introduced CoreCare^® to our customers. CoreCare^® revolutionized our service to you by fixing computer problems almost immediately.

Today, we're introducing another new, equally revolutionary, service. CorePatrol^sm makes it possible to fix a problem BEFORE it interrupts your work.

In addition, this service generates regular reports for many common issues that could lead to costly business interruptions. These reports detect and alert Core Computing when an incident occurs in real time. When we receive an email alert, one of our technicians either fixes the issue immediately or contacts you to discuss your options.

Key monitored functions include:

• Available drive space — With today's large drives, we often forget to check how much free space we have. With CorePatrol^sm, we'll know. We can even customize this function to match your industry standards;
• Power On Self Tests (POST) failure — See only a grey screen when you start up, or nothing at all? Our tests will know about this issue before you see anything at all.
• Laptop battery check — Batteries can fail even when the machines it is turned off or has no power source. We'll let you know when it's time to swap out, or recharge.
• RAM chip monitoring — RAM (memory) can malfunction. We'll catch the problem before you do.
• Time Machine monitoring — Backup is critical. Do you know when your Time Machine has failed? We will.

This is just a small example of our monitoring capabilities.
