Our main source of revenue comes from our consulting customers and it’s important to our success and our long-term growth to keep those customers happy. As part of our role as your consultant, we devote part of every day to training and keeping up to date with the newest technological advances so we can bring the right solution to your business. We regularly attend technology conferences, conventions, and in-depth training sessions to ensure our skills and industry knowledge are at the leading edge. We make sure that no matter what the question, we either have the answer or know precisely where to go to get it.

Onsite and Remote Support
Once your systems are up and running, we can provide many support services for your business.

With onsite support, we can visit your site on an as-needed basis for critical care or we can arrange regularly-scheduled general maintenance visits. We also can design a proactive support schedule to keep your computing environment up-to-date and functioning at its best.

With remote support, we can perform many support and maintenance functions quickly and easily without having to disrupt your workday. Using various tools for remote management, we have the ability to monitor, administer, and repair many components of your network, your servers, and your workstations from our offices without having to schedule a visit. As with the onsite option, remote service and support can be provided on schedules ranging from daily monitoring to crisis care.

Network Design and Integration
Using the knowledge and experience gained in a wide range of computing environments, we can help you to design and improve your network. From home networks to enterprise, from wireless to wired, we are your network professionals.

Help Desk Support
For companies whose primary computing platform is something other than Macintosh, we can provide a cost-effective way to fill the gap in your IT organization’s HelpDesk team. For those businesses still on a growth curve yet still not large enough to provide their own HelpDesk, we can provide you with the services to fill that need. We’re on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to make sure that when problems arise, we can be there to take care of them.
